Claudia G. Regen

 Claudia Regen serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of ViaPath Technologies. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s legal and compliance function, as well as serving as corporate secretary supporting the company’s board of directors. 

Originally joining the company in 2014 as an associate general counsel, Regen provides direction for all legal matters including providing strategic and operational legal counsel on intellectual property, corporate governance, reporting obligations, major asset dispositions and acquisitions, and government contracting. She also provides counsel and leadership on compliance, complex contract negotiations, government investigations, and significant complex litigation.

Prior to joining ViaPath Technologies, Regen served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Intersections, Inc. (now Aura), a leading provider of consumer and identity risk management services. She managed the company’s litigation portfolio including employment law matters and government and internal investigations. She also served as the legal representative on the company’s data privacy committee.

Before Intersections, Regen was Vice President of Litigation and Employment law for U.S. Foods. There she managed all litigation, state and federal government investigations, and employment law matters.

Earlier positions included Associate General Counsel at e.Spire Communications, Inc. and  time with the American Federation Of Government Employees as an equal employment opportunity attorney. 

Regen received her Bachelor of Arts in government from Cornell University and her Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center.
