Matt Caesar
Chief Performance Officer
Matt Caesar is Executive Vice President and Chief Performance Officer of ViaPath Technologies. He is responsible for performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization’s operations and for executing the corporate strategic plan. Caesar also plays a key role in establishing, as well as implementing the corporate architecture, technology, and feature set for ViaPath Technologies’ products.
Caesar joined ViaPath Technologies as Executive Director, Engineering in 2010 with the Digital Solutions, Inc. acquisition. His is also the President of TouchPay Holdings, LLC, an industry leader in automated payment services for government agencies and facilities. During his time at ViaPath Technologies, he has held a variety of engineering, technology, business development, and executive positions with ever-increasing responsibility, culminating as the Executive Vice President, Customer Solutions prior to being named CPO.
Prior to joining ViaPath Technologies, Caesar spent 12 years in a variety of technology and management roles at Digital Solutions, Inc., including oversight and management of all aspects of software development process as well as supervision of all engineering, support, and implementation staff. Prior to the acquisition by ViaPath Technologies, he was responsible for running the day-to-day operations of both the product development and technical services divisions.
Caeser received his Bachelor of Science in computer science from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.
